Does the scar ever really go away?

    My first one did go away almost completely and I missed it so much that I got myself a second one.

    Can't see mine, but that's because it's hidden by the flabby belly flap!

    If it's there it's not noticeable.. as in one doesn't have the will or the energy to notice.. specially if it's twins like mine. Anyway since u brought this thing up, I checked and it's still there from four years back.

    Nope! Mine is 10 years old, and though it's faded, it's still perfectly visible :)

    Not completely :( Does keep fading with time though (been 1.5 years for me) so the elusive hope is still there!

    Mine date from way before bikini cuts, so I have my mid-section graced with a long, vertical scar, and belly flab as well. (I have other horredous scars from subsequent surgeries too).We live.It's alright:)

    It stays but if your doc was good it's hardly something you notice.

    Do not cultivate the belly flap. It might decide to permanently mooch off you for the rest of its long, long life.

    mine hasnt gone in almost 3 yrs now... but then its really low and very light!!!

    Well, not as much as other things, but yes, it does matter a little.

    I had a very pretty waist once upon a time. Maybe I will again.

    the belly flap helps. dont listen to Sur. She prolly leads a charmed life. my aunt's scars are 19 years old and they havent gone. like dipali's it is vertical
